The Central Colorado Democratic Party is devoted to upholding the values of equality, dignity, safety, justice, privacy, and equal opportunities for all. We are firm believers that everyone should be treated equally before the law and that everyone deserves to be respected and protected. The Democratic Party has a trifecta and a triplex in Colorado, with the governor, secretary of state, attorney general, and both houses of the state legislature all under its control. The party is governed by a central committee which is responsible for filling any vacancies in positions held by members of the main political party.
